Today's episode is a snapshot of the great time I had visiting with musician and songwriter JAMES DiGIROLAMO. He is yet another example that there exist some wonderful creative artists based in Nashville that are not making Country & Western music. Of course, this is a known fact, but I love getting the opportunity to learn first-hand, and James certainly beautifully represents the "un-genre", as I call it. In fact, his latest album PAPER BOATS contains six tracks whose genres don't even match each other, but we had fun discussing just how he wrote and composed this thoughtful and whimsical collection. James discussed his musical journey from education to becoming an established artist with a handful of albums under his belt. Then came the part of the show where I complimented him track by track (obviously, I enjoyed his music!) So, let's all jump into the "Same Boat", and "Sail Away" to the "Top Of The World." Trust me, it will be "Pure Joy." (See what I did there?)
